Subscription terms

YOUNS reserves the right to suspend or close the account of a User who contravenes the stipulations of the General Terms and Conditions as well as the French legal and regulatory provisions in force.

Subscription offers

Prices and Payment Terms

Three payment methods are offered:

1. Payment by credit card via secure payment server

Intellectual property

All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced by YOUNS in its Like magazine, its special editions and on its Site are reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property and for the entire world .

As such and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only use for private use is authorized subject to different or even more restrictive provisions of the intellectual property code. These general conditions do not result in the transfer of any intellectual property rights for the benefit of any User whatsoever. Consequently, the latter is prohibited from reproducing and/or using the brands and logos present on the Site.
