Youns is a Franco-Israeli self-taught artist, who grew up in the suburbs of Paris and now sees his art exhibited internationally. Youns is a contemporary artist who draws inspiration from different arts for his creations. Indeed, Street Art, Pop Art and Photography, are an integral part of his artistic universe.

"QontRast" Lenticular & NFT Collection

YouNs launches a new collection in 2022 called "QontRast". The idea came to me a year ago. In this new 3.0 world, in our matrixed generation, in this giant "Metaverse" where everything is codified, where everything is scanned, where everything carries a QR code, I was inspired and I wanted to make the virtual real. I sought to make it something more noble. Something palpable, authentic, true. In this new society where we need to have a QR code for everything, I urgently needed to take the opposite view of this new reality and make it prettier. Why lenticular art? For the simple reason that I wanted to make my works animated. Digital is in motion but locked in a box.

Pop Art Collection

Work on Dibond with American Aluminum Box. Mixed technique with 5 layers of varnish on certain areas to give a relief effect to the work. A play of materials between acrylic and varnish to give a matte and shiny effect!
